The Role Lead engaging, 60-minute fitness classes designed for adults in care settings Bring energy, compassion, and creativity to create a positive, inclusive experience Work flexible hours, typically late mornings or early afternoons, Monday to Friday Skills and Qualifications Compassion & Communication: A warm, patient approach to inspire and support clients Organisation & Flexibility: Strong time management and adaptability to suit varied schedules Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport and create a welcoming atmosphere Level 2 Gym Instructor, Group Exercise to Music, or equivalent recognised qualification Public liability insurance Valid driving licence and own transport (essential for travel between locations) Experience delivering fitness classes Enhanced DBS certificate (They can arrange if needed) Benefits Competitive pay: 30 per class Full training in their specialised Intellectual Fitness Programs All equipment provided just bring your enthusiasm!
