Class 1 HGV Drivers Trunking (Tamworth) Location: Tamworth Hours: Flexible shifts, average 50 hours per week Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunities Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of a leading haulage company in Tamworth for experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established business, offering competitive pay and excellent prospects for temp-to-perm positions. The Role: Class 1 trunking work to supermarket RDCs. Driving curtainside vehicles no handball required. Regular shifts with plenty of overtime available. Average 50 hours per week. Flexible shift patterns to suit your lifestyle. Requirements: Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence. Minimum 12 months HGV Class 1 driving experience. Valid CPC & Digi Tacho card. A professional, reliable, and safety-focused approach. Salary (PAYE): 15.36 per hour Monday to Friday 16.65 per hour Saturday 17.75 per hour Sunday (Holiday pay accrued on top of hourly rate at standard rate) Benefits: PAYE with holiday pay accrued separately.
