We are seeking a skilled Panel Wirer to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical assembly and have hands-on experience with various tools and technologies. As a Panel Wirer, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and wiring of control panels, ensuring that all components are installed correctly and meet quality standards. Responsibilities Assemble and wire control panels according to specifications and schematics. Utilise hand tools and power tools to perform assembly tasks efficiently. Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to integrate automation components. Conduct thorough inspections of completed panels to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the assembly process. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Requirements Proven experience in electrical wiring and assembling control panels & cabinets. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use various hand tools and power tools effectively. Familiarity with surface mount technology (SMT) is advantageous. Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow technical drawings accurately. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
