Detailed Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Groundwork's, drainage, concreting, kerbing, and reinstatement.Minor bricklaying, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and decorating.Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.Interpret and work from technical drawings, site plans, and specifications.Liaise with site managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure efficient project delivery.Conduct routine inspections and diagnose faults in existing installations.Follow all site-specific and general health and safety procedures.Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe, clean condition.Complete daily job sheets, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.Confident and competent with PDA usage for Job allocation/completion.Essential Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 5 years' experience in the construction/building industry.Demonstrated experience in civil engineering works.Qualifications in Building Services (e.g., NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or higher in Carpentry, Bricklaying, Civils, etc.).CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).Valid Health and Safety training certification (e.g., CITB Site Safety Plus, SSSTS/SMSTS, or equivalent).Knowledge of safe systems of work, risk assessments, and method statements.Full UK driving licence (or relevant licence for location).
