This role also oversees the development, organisation, and support of a large international team of Development Consultants.The ideal candidate will have a development background and is detail-oriented, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and has a proven track record of managing technical teams. This position is particularly suited to someone with a strong technical background and significant business experience leading a team of Oracle / JD Edwards Developers across multiple platforms and disciplines.This is a full-time permanent role which may be home based in the UK/Ireland or in a hybrid structure from our Shared Service Centre in Limerick. Responsibilities of this role include: Reporting to the Professional Services Director, this role is accountable for managing a large technical team and delivering a wide range of projects and initiatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead, motivate and develop a high performing team of Developers who design, build and test product version release enhancements and project customisations.Manage and coordinate resources across the group to optimise team utilisation and contribute to business growth. Provide end-to-end leadership and management across the employee lifecycleDrive a culture of process improvement to maximise efficiency and champion operational excellence. Data Analysis and forecasting to support capacity management and projected business requirements.Manage a portfolio of projects—ranging in size, complexity, and duration—ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.Qualifications & Previous Experience:Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
