Lead Pre-Commission HVAC Cleaning Engineer Location: Hampshire Full-Time, Permanent 55,000-65,000 We are seeking an experienced Lead Pre-Commission Cleaning Engineer to join a growing national compliance services business. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for delivering pre-commission cleaning projects and leading a small team of engineers. Key Responsibilities Carry out pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework to industry standards Lead and support engineers on site, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of projects Perform flushing, chlorination, and testing before systems go live Act as main point of contact on site and liaise with clients regularly Monitor performance, provide daily updates, and keep accurate records Maintain high standards of health & safety for yourself and the team Requirements Proven experience in pre-commission cleaning (HVAC, boilers, pipework) Valid SSSTS and CSCS card Knowledge of industry standards and regulations Strong leadership and communication skills Physically fit and comfortable working on-site Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly (23 days per week in Farnborough, plus other sites) Whats on Offer Salary: Up to 65,000 25 days holiday bank holidays Company referral bonus scheme (up to 1,500) Ongoing training and development opportunities Career progression within a fast-growing national group Apply now to join a business investing in its people and delivering high-quality compliance services to major clients across healthcare, education, and commercial sectors.55b20050-bc17-4e5d-bfce-3c406318dffc
