What Youll Be Doing: As a Kiosk Team Leader , youll be the driving force behind the smooth running of one of our busy catering kiosks overseeing up to 10 team members, ensuring top-notch service, and keeping the energy high from first whistle to final score. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, motivating, and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer service Managing food prep, stock control, cleanliness, and food safety standards Handling cash, operating tills, and completing all necessary kiosk reporting and admin Ensuring smooth, efficient service especially during high-pressure peak times like halftime! Acting as the key point of contact between your team and senior management Delivering clear briefings and ensuring every team member is prepped and ready Overseeing end-of-day shutdown procedures, including cleaning and stock checks Location: Villa Park , Trinity Road, Birmingham, B6 6HE Shifts : Approx. 46 hours on home match days Upcoming Fixtures You''ll Need to Be Available For: Sunday 5th October Sunday 26th October Thursay 6th November Sunday 9th November Due to the sale of alcohol, all applicants must be aged 18 or over. What Were Looking For: Previous experience leading a team in hospitality (bar, restaurant, pub, events, etc.) Confident leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team under pressure A proactive, can-do attitude with great communication skills Strong understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations Excellent time management, problem-solving, and customer service skills Must be able to commute reliably to Villa Park Why Join Us?
