Nursery Field Deputy ManagerThe following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.Location Foosteps Nursery FradleySalary 27,060.0per annum (13.01 per hour)We are looking for a dynamic andEarly Years Teacherto provide hands-on operational support across FootstepsNursery Fradley. Some benefits are discretionary and may be subject to change.As aNurseryDeputy Manager, you will:Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children, staff, families, and visitors at all timesEnsure EYFS and other regulatory frameworks are consistently metSupport the administration of medication and maintain accurate, up-to-date care plansProvide children with engaging, age-appropriate environments, resources, and experiencesPromote professionalism, respect, and positive communication across teamsMotivate staff with creative ideas, feedback, and practical support to help achieve outstanding practiceMaintain accurate records using EyMan and other relevant systemsCarry out additional duties as required to support nursery operationsFull UK driving licence required travel between sites is essentialRequirements:Essential:Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare (QTS),Early Years Teacher qualificationMinimum of 1 years experience in an Early Years settingStrong understanding of the EYFS statutory framework and safeguarding standardsPassionate about the early years, delivering quality and a high standard of teaching.ConfidenceExperience working within a Pre-SchoolWe are committed to safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
