Enabling, inspiring and developing an outstanding home for children and young people in accordance with The Childrens Home (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards for Childrens Homes. On-site resources include a state-of-the-art sensory integration suite and family accommodation, along with resident carers, teachers, psychologists, therapists and healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will support, motivate and inspire colleagues by leading through example.Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate:Sound experience of working with children with severe learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorderLeadership Qualities and management experience with the ability to coach and mentor staffExperience of working within a senior management role within social care Proven track record of leading a residential provision towards exceptional quality and standards Experience of working within OFSTED inspection requirements and statutory guidelinesWell-developed interpersonal and communication skillsBe able to build credible and trusting relationships with children and young peopleHold a Level 5 Diploma and Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People Working at Sunfield is incredibly rewarding and in return we offer competitive salaries, with progression in pay once qualified and a private pension scheme.
