L&T / Valuation Surveyor - St Albans or Bedfordshire office - 2/3 days in office per week Long established independent requires an MRICS General practice surveyor due to excess work volume. They will consider all levels of experience, from 1.5 years PQE to Director level. The work will be an equal mix of L&T work and valuation work, commercial and residential loan security work. Very stable business in terms of staff turnover and have the infrastructure to support longer term career growth for the correct persons who wish to progress to management.
