I am looking for a multi trader / caretaker to oversee the estate etc.Job roles includes but not limited to:Taking bins out and returning them after council collection Littler picking and maintaining the estate i.e. emptying bins and litter picking Clean bin room of any spillage and tidying the area Start at 8am - 5pm - Monday to Friday - this would ad hoc General support for maintenance operative.If you can kindly confirm please? It would be good to get someone who has worked in a BTR environment.
