We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, people-centric Staffing Manager to head up our staffing and talent pool!This is an exciting opportunity to join Breeze People on the back of significant YOY growth, as we look to establish ourselves as the leading specialist staffing agency within the live events, experiential and brand experience field.In a fully remote role, we offer great flexibility for the right candidate. You will have the vision and drive to lead our in house team and talent pool throughout the UK!If you’re passionate about people, thrive in a fast-paced reactive environment, and want to be part of a team that put's it people first - we'd love to hear from you!KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSTAFFING & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Lead and drive the recruitment, retention and engagement strategy across the board with our staffServe as the primary day-to-day contact for our team of staffing executives, cultivating strong, trust-based relationships both in house and with our talent pool.Ensure we have a live and active database of industry leading staff and talent nationwide.Conduct regular staff check-ins to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement or expansion.Maintain detailed and accurate staff profiles, ensuring the database is consistently updated with key information and feedback.Identify geographic areas that need strengthening, and proactively target them with a mixture of in person casting days, recruitment and video callsWork alongside our AM to strengthen any client relationships for business growth, networking, and referrals.Explore team building days, socials and incentives to reward and incentives our people.Conduct regular performance management reviews, celebrating successes and reviewing areas for improvementPROJECT MANAGEMENT & EXECUTION:Oversee the execution of every live brief, ensuring staffing is on brand, on time, and within budget.Report directly into our AM daily to ensure projects and live briefs are on track.Direct and coordinate staffing teams, ensuring effective collaboration and accountability.Lead project status meetings, keeping AM informed and aligned on progress.Ensure all deadlines, both internal and external, are met through proactive planning and coordination.Produce comprehensive post-event evaluations, analysing successes and areas for improvement.Utilise Breeze software including Liveforce, Slack and Trello.TEAM MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP:Lead from the front, promoting a collaborative and positive team environment.Facilitate regular weekly calls to ensure alignment between staffing and client account management team.Provide clear and thorough briefs to our bookings team, ensuring smooth execution and seamless delivery.Support the professional growth of all team members by sharing insights and best practices.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:Experience with Liveforce, Trello and CRM systems would be a bonus (but not essential)Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills to develop meaningful and lasting relationships accross the board.Problem Solver: Critical thinker able to tackle challenges with a calm head and logic to develop effective solutions.Project Leader: Proven ability to manage multiple briefs simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.Collaborative Team Player: A positive, solutions-oriented approach to working.A resilient, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset.WHY BREEZE PEOPLE:At Breeze People, we encourage a supportive and dynamic environment where teamwork, collaboration and growth are at the heart of everything we do.If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused role and are passionate about delivering best in class staffing, we’d love to hear from you.OUR VALUES:Innovative – We encourage fresh ideas and creative solutions to stay ahead in our industry.Ambitious – We strive for excellence, always encouraging our team to push to the next level.Dedicated – Our passion and commitment to our clients and staff drive everything we do.Trustworthy – We build strong relationships by acting with transparency, integrity and always delivering on our promises.People-Centric – Our people are at the heart of everything we do, ensuring exceptional experiences for both clients and staffSUMMARY:Job Title: Staffing / Talent ManagerLocation: Fully remote roleSalary: £35k-£38k (+10% performance related bonus).Job Type: We are looking for a Full Time Perm RoleHOW TO APPLY:To apply, please send your CV and a cover letter to *Please NO recruitment agencies at this stage
