If you’re curious, eager to learn, and ready to grow your career, you’ll fit right in.Meet our team here:directly with our Senior Project Manager and website developers, you’ll support the smooth delivery of client website projects by assisting with:Project Management: Helping oversee the end-to-end process of designing, building, and launching clinic websites.Creative Input: Sharing ideas with the design team to ensure websites are both visually appealing and aligned with client strategy.Organisation: Keeping all project details, documents, and timelines organised and accessible.Team Collaboration: Working closely with designers, developers, and content creators to keep projects moving.Client Liaison: Being the friendly, reliable contact for our clinic clients — managing expectations and keeping them updated.Timeline & Budget: Supporting project delivery to ensure deadlines are met without cutting corners.Problem Solving: Tackling challenges and finding creative solutions when needed.Quality Assurance: Ensuring every website is polished and ready before launch.Continuous Improvement: Helping us refine our process to make it better, faster, and more enjoyable for everyone.RequirementsMust be UK basedIdeally 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (agency experience is a plus)Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented — this role involves lots of moving partsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalA great sense of humour — if you’re very straight-laced, this isn’t the company for youA true team player who helps others succeedFamiliarity with Asana and any WordPress editor would be advantageousBenefitsUnlimited holidayFully remote working — no office requiredFlexible working hoursBirthday presentPrivate medical care (physical and mental health)Trips and holidays away with the team (our last trip was a week in Ibiza!)Salary: Up to £32,000 depending on experienceIf you’re looking to join a fun, ambitious team and be part of something special, we’d love to hear from you.
