ABOUT THE ROLE:We are seeking an experienced Day-to-Day Manager to collaborate with and support a high-profile artist. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience working closely with talent in a professional capacity within the music industry. Due to the nature of the position, candidates must be based locally in London as in-person work is required.OBJECTIVES:Collaborate with artists to develop long-term career goals and strategiesInternational calendar management across multiple time zones, including promo schedules, travel bookings, sorting visas, accommodations, and itinerariesAct as key point of contact for all third parties, filtering information as needed to the artist manager and often acting as a central point for third parties to communicate or exchange information: record labels, publishers, agents, lawyers, accountants, business managers, etc.Coordinate with publicists, marketing teams, and other professionals to enhance the artist's visibilityEfficient daily communication and information flow between all relevant parties, most importantly with the artist, ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all timesIdentify and pursue opportunities for the artist's growth and exposure in the industrySchedule calls, meetings, and conference calls between multiple parties in different time zones Accompany the artist on Radio & TV promo, TV shoots, ad campaign activity, high-profile events and ensuring external parties abide by contractual agreement Coordinating the artist’s daily schedule including: logistics and contracts for live performance, endorsements, campaigns, album releases, recording and promo schedules Monitoring the client’s social media presence and fan interaction- make recommendations and execute on content creationSecuring creative and commercial opportunities for the artistTouring including routing and scheduling both alone and with an external TMOther duties as assigned SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:Previous experience in day-to-day management with similar actsExperience managing a teamMust have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with artists/talent in a previous positionAbility to keep track of many ongoing projects with strong attention to detail and excellent follow throughIn addition to the usual hours you will be required to take calls and respond to emails outside of office hours so flexibility is keyA strong digital skillset - knowledge of live streaming, socials content & channel managementStrong proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Google docs/spreadsheetsExcellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills are essentialAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks with strict deadlinesMust be local to LondonWillingness to travel
