Now is an incredible time to join as you will be one of the people who really help to shape the growth of this company. The Role:We’re looking for a proactive, empathetic and highly organised Personal Assistant to work alongside our two founders Lottie and Joe. If we’re going to build something truly extraordinary, we need to focus our energy on the things only we can do. Your role is to make that possible. You’ll be shoulder-to-shoulder with us at the heart of the business — helping MyoMaster grow faster, execute better, and show up where it matters most.What You’ll Be Doing:Diary & Time Management: Owning our calendars — prioritising ruthlessly, scheduling with precision, and protecting the time that matters most.Operational Support: Preparing us for meetings, capturing actions, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.Point of Contact: Acting as the gatekeeper for both internal and external requests — making sure we get back to everyone and sign off content in a timely fashionPersonal Brand Commitments: Coordinating speaking gigs, podcast interviews, content shoots, and events.Logistics & Admin: Travel bookings, expenses, and the everyday details that keep life and business running smoothly.
