This includes oversight of third-party maintenance services.Collaborate with operations teams to resolve equipment faults promptly, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards.Qualifications and ExperienceProven experience in a supervisory maintenance role, preferably within the oil and gas or a similar high-risk industry.Holds a relevant technical qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, HNC/Foundation Degree) in electrical, instrumentation, or mechanical maintenance.Able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision and take responsibility for routine and non-routine maintenance activities.Demonstrable experience using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.Knowledge of hydrocarbon processing operations and associated safety standards is desirable.Experience working in hazardous areas; certification such as CompEx would be advantageous.
