You will be representing clients who have suffered injuries or issues arising during their service, providing them with expert guidance and support throughout their claims.You will have access to excellent resources, a collaborative working culture, and strong career development opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a varied caseload of military claims from instruction to settlement.Advising clients on all aspects of the claims process with empathy and professionalism.Drafting legal documents and correspondence to a high standard.Conducting thorough investigations, gathering evidence, and preparing cases for negotiation or litigation.Working closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver exceptional client service.Staying up to date with relevant case law, regulations, and best practices.What We’re Looking ForQualified solicitor in England & Wales (newly qualified and experienced candidates welcome).Strong litigation experience — personal injury, clinical negligence, or civil litigation preferred.Excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to handle sensitive cases.A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail.The ability to work independently while also being a team player.Considering a career change?We will also consider applications from solicitors in other practice areas who are passionate about retraining in military law.
