Data Analytics Delivery Project Manager Pharmaceutical IndustryMultinational OrganisationLocation: Ireland or UK based – up to 100% remote-working option Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Employment Type: Contract – 12 months, daily -rate, full-timeJoin a leading multinational pharmaceutical organisation as a Data Analytics Delivery Project Manager. Reporting directly into the Director Of Data Analytics, you’ll drive the end-to-end delivery of data analytics solutions for manufacturing sites across Europe and India, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with industry regulations.The focus of these end-to-end Analytics solutions projects is to provide faster & better insights from the data to the key Pharma Manufacturing Directors & Senior Business Stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver multiple data analytics projects for manufacturing operations, aligning with business objectives and regulatory standardsManage cross-functional teams (data engineers, data architects, UX/UI engineers) and relationships with key IT & Business stakeholders across Europe & IndiaDevelop and oversee project plans, budgets, resources and risk registersProjects are focussed on the development of Data analytics solutions using AWS cloud services, Python, Power BI, Snowflake and DatabricksEnsure data governance, security, and compliance (GxP, GDPR)Engage stakeholders, manage project resources & expectations and provide regular updates to senior leadership & key stakeholdersIdentify and resolve project risks, issues and dependenciesPromote continuous improvement and best practices in Analytics Solutions deliveryAbout You5+ years’ experience in project management and the delivery of data analytics or BI solutions, ideally in pharma or manufacturing, is essentialProven ability to manage distributed teams and projects across Europe and IndiaDeep expertise in AWS (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, etc.), Power BI, Snowflake, and DatabricksExperience delivering projects in regulated environments (data integrity, security, compliance)Excellent communication / presentation, stakeholder management and leadership skillsProficiency in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologiesStrong analytical and organizational skillsPreferred:PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certificationExperience in pharma manufacturing operations or supply chain analyticsFamiliarity with GxP, GMP and pharma regulatory frameworksQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fieldProject management certification preferredWorking ModelHybrid or 100% remote (but must be based in Ireland or UK).
