We’re looking for a highly experienced and proactive Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day clinic operations, streamline processes, and help drive business growth. This role is part-time, self-employed, and will involve a mix of on-site and remote work.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily clinic operations, schedules, and staffing.Oversee filing and organisation of clinic records, including digitising paper files into a secure Mac-based filing system with iCloud backup.Maintain and optimise our Dropbox filing structure.Oversee billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting.Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to boost patient bookings and retention.Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews for staff.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.Coordinate marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives.Maintain smooth communication between patients, practitioners, and admin support.Essential CriteriaMinimum 2 years’ experience as a Practice Manager in a healthcare or clinical setting.Strong proficiency with Mac computers, iCloud, and Dropbox.Confident using clinic management software — ideally Cliniko and CliniqAppsExperience with Hubdoc, Stripe, Xero, and iZettle is highly desirable.Strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage and inspire a team.Financial literacy and a KPI-driven mindset.Currently living in London or within a maximum 1-hour commute of the clinic.Eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered).Able to provide two recent references (these must be included with your application - not ‘available upon request’).DesirableExperience in healthcare marketing and patient retention.Knowledge of allied health billing systems and insurance processes.Employment DetailsStatus: Self-employed (no sponsorship available)Start date: Beginning of October 2025Flexible working: Combination of remote and on-site work.If you meet the criteria and are looking to take a lead role in an established, forward-thinking clinic, we’d love to hear from you.How to ApplyPlease submit your CV with two contactable references and a short cover letter outlining your relevant experience and availability.
