You’ll use data, research, and user feedback to inform decisions, enhance user experience, and contribute to iterative development in line with user needs and organizational goals.Responsibilities:Analyze user behavior, data, and feedback to support product improvements.Collaborate with Product Managers, designers, and developers to define and refine features.Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product enhancements.Support backlog refinement by providing evidence-based priorities and acceptance criteria.Ensure solutions align with user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.Assist in user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for optimization.Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and team members.Promote a user-centered approach throughout the product lifecycle.Ensure compliance with data privacy and accessibility standards.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Technology, or related field.Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and user research methods.Experience with Financial regulatory domainStrong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to translate data into practical solutions and explain insights to non-technical audiences.Demonstrates curiosity, empathy, and a user-first mindset aligned with agile ways of working.Ability to coach and mentor teams.Experience in Agile delivery methods.Strong communication and stakeholder management.Experience of working in Agile teams
