FUNDRAISER – VOID FILMSIndependent Film Development Company | Commission-Only | Contractor RoleAbout VOID FilmsVOID Films (the trading name of Marlborough Creative Studios Ltd) is an ambitious new independent film development company developing a slate of premium British films featuring confirmed A-list talent. We are seeking a proven sales professional to raise equity investment for our development slate. This role offers substantial earning potential on a commission-only basis, with the flexibility of self-employment.The RoleAs Fundraiser, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and closing investors to provide equity finance for VOID Films’ development activities.This is a self-employed, commission-only contractor role. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the complete fundraising process from prospect identification to deal closure.Develop and maintain relationships with HNWIs, family offices, and alternative investment networks.Present approved investment materials to prospective investors.Negotiate terms and structure deals in collaboration with company leadership.Build and manage a robust pipeline of investors.Represent the company at industry and networking events.What We’re Looking ForEssentialProven track record in fundraising, private equity, or investment sales.Strong understanding of investment sales, compliance requirements, and FCA financial promotion rules.Understanding of investment markets and compliance boundaries.Results-driven, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Comfortable working on a commission-only basis.DesirableExisting network of investor contacts.Knowledge of, or passion for, film and media.What We OfferCommission-only structure with unlimited earning potential.£150k+ OTE for high performers.Competitive commission rates on all successfully raised funds.Opportunity for substantial annual earnings based on performance.Work directly with company leadership and gain exposure in both film and investment sectors.Remote and flexible working arrangements.Application ProcessPlease send your CV and cover letter outlining:Relevant fundraising / sales experience.Your approach to sourcing and securing investors.Why you are interested in working on a commission-only contractor basis.
