Paid Social and Programmatic ManagerWe’re looking for a detail-oriented Paid Social and Programmatic Manager to support the setup, trafficking, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across programmatic and paid social channels.Key Responsibilities:Manage campaigns in CM360, DV360, and paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit, X).Implement and troubleshoot tags, creatives, and tracking pixels.Collaborate on campaign launches, pacing, and cross-channel execution.Build and maintain automated reports in Funnel.io and Looker Studio.Ensure QA standards and streamline trafficking processes.What We’re Looking For:2+ years in ad operations, trafficking, or performance marketing.Proficiency in CM360 & DV360, with strong knowledge of tracking and attribution.Experience managing campaigns across multiple paid social platforms.Familiarity with Funnel.io, Supermetrics, or similar reporting tools.Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.Nice to Have:Knowledge of DSPs, brand safety, and compliance.Experience with creative management tools (Celtra, Smartly, etc.).To apply for this role, please click the ‘Apply’ button or email ccurlewis@
