Our client is London-based interiors and fit-out company that specialises in high-quality, detailed work, including office fit-outs, refurbishments, and commercial strip-out and fit-out services for retail and other spaces. They have a new project based in Maidstone, Kent which is due to start on 17/10/25.The project consists of some general builders works on an existing bank. Scope of work includes: roof repairs, repointing, strip-out, structural timber repairs. Project duration is 7 weeks. Monday – Friday with the potential of weekend work. Rate £250 - £300 per day, depending upon experience.
