This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical knowledge of ROV operations with a career in recruitment, helping connect top subsea talent with leading global projects. Your Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:Leverage your expertise to understand client requirements and candidate skillsets.Build, grow, and manage a network of ROV professionals worldwide.Partner with clients to deliver tailored workforce solutions in offshore and subsea projects.Drive business development through strong relationships and market knowledge.Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.Drive revenue through consistent BD activity, while ensuring delivery excellence.What We’re Looking For This role requires proven ROV industry experience – without it, you will not be considered.
