About The RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and talented Global Alumni Engagement Manager. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering a global alumni engagement strategy that builds networks, strengthens lifelong relationships and unlocks opportunities across sectors and geographies. About YouThis role would suit a pro-active and experienced volunteering or alumni engagement professional – a self-starter who can lead on new initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Global Alumni Engagement, you will lead on developing volunteering and recognition programmes, build and maintain strong connections with WBS alumni, deliver a programme of events and activities, and support cross-School initiatives to maximise opportunities for WBS and its global alumni community. You will have substantial experience of working in a purpose-driven alumni or stakeholder engagement role with proven ability to recruit, manage and motivate volunteers. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who can also demonstrate wide experience of delivering events outside the UK, is capable of managing a team, and has the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
