JOB TITLE : Hub Team Leader SALARY : 33,000 per annum (full time equivalent). Salary pro-rated to 16,500 per annum. CONTRACT TYPE : Fixed term to 31st March 2027 HOURS: 18.75 hours per week (over at least 3 days to include some hours on Thurs) LOCATION: Hybrid working with time with staff at The Hub, Unit 268, Upper Mall, The Glades, Bromley, BR1 1DN About Us Greener and Cleaner is a grassroots charity that grew out of the local community in 2019. Founded by passionate residents in Bromley, we aim to inspire and support people to take practical action on climate change and sustainable living. Since achieving charity status in 2021, weve grown to over 7,000 members and 90 active volunteers, running events, workshops, and projects that bring people together to make positive change. What We Do At the heart of our work is The Greener and Cleaner Hub, based in The Glades shopping centre. Open five days a week and run by a mix of staff and volunteers, the Hub provides advice, a Library of Things, and free public workshops on everything from sewing and repair to energy-saving and building resilience. We also run outreach programmes with schools and young people, host community events, manage a community allotment, and support other groups across the country to set up similar initiatives. About the Role We are now looking for a Hub Team Leader to oversee the Hub and its projects. Youll provide day-to-day leadership and ensure smooth running of the space, supporting staff and volunteers to deliver engaging, impactful programmes for the community. This is a varied role where youll combine people management, budget oversight, and reporting with hands-on involvement in events, outreach, and service design. To succeed, youll need strong organisational and leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine passion for sustainability. What Were Looking For Experience in team management.
