Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Trowbridge area who are actively looking to recruit a Customer Service Manager on a permanent basis. What you will be doing: Management of the customer service department to ensure high standards of client satisfaction Overseeing a diverse portfolio of Key Accounts and clients Supervision of a team including reviews, development, coaching and training Involvement with invoicing, pricing and more complex customer service issues Collaboration with a number of other departments What you will need to succeed: Exceptional customer service / account management experience Proven track record within a similar role, ideally from within production or engineering and a technical product range Strong staff management skills including training and mentoring Great attention to detail, numeracy skills and the ability to lead by example Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with a variety of internal departments and clients What you will receive in return: Competitive salary Full time Monday to Friday Generous benefits package including 25 days holiday plus BHs and health cover The opportunity to join a collaborative environment that values both technical and interpersonal excellence Please note 100% office based What you need to do next: If you are interested in being considered for this position, please contact sarah.collins@ thrivegroup.co.uk Thrive are acting as an employment business in relationship to this vacancy.
