Our client a luxury lakeside resort is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to join their Blossoms Restaurant & Bar team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership career in one of the regions most prestigious hospitality venues. The Role As Food & Beverage Assistant Manager , youll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and consistently high standards across dining, events, and conferences. Youll lead and inspire the front-of-house team, deliver exceptional guest service, and support the commercial success of the restaurant and wider F&B offering. Key responsibilities include: Supervising and motivating the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences Assisting with scheduling, shift planning, and pre-shift briefings Supporting stock control, ordering, and waste management Maintaining financial accuracy including billing, cash handling, and sales reporting Assisting with events, conferences, and private dining ensuring every detail is delivered flawlessly Driving sales targets while maintaining labour and operational cost control What Were Looking For At least 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting A strong understanding of cost-control measures and operational efficiency A hands-on leader with excellent people skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality Whats in it for You Our client believes hospitality is about looking after people and that includes their team.
