Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, CCGs, boroughs, Social workers and other stakeholders. Lead both online and offline marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and service uptake. Identify new business opportunities and markets within the health and domiciliary care sector. Prepare and deliver professional tenders, proposals, and bids. Oversee contract negotiations and compliance to regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal teams to align growth strategies with operational excellence. Requirements: Minimum 35 years of experience in business development in health or social care. Strong understanding of domiciliary/home care services and NHS frameworks. Proven ability to win contracts and work with local councils, boroughs, and public sector bodies. Advanced skills in digital marketing, B2B networking, and offline engagement strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
