Supporting over 12,000 learners each year and holding an impressive 91% employer satisfaction rating, they are at the forefront of shaping digital talent across the UK.They are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced IT and Digital Skills Trainer to join their team and deliver high-quality learning across Level 2 IT and digital programmes.What’s on Offer:Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annumHours: 37.5 hours per weekLocation: Primarily remote with just 1 day per month in Central LondonHolidays: 25 days plus bank holidaysDevelopment: Ongoing training and real opportunities for career progressionKey Responsibilities:Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions across a variety of digital topics such as:CybersecurityComputer ProgrammingDigital GraphicsSpreadsheetsNetworksIT SupportDigital Skills ProjectsData Handling and SecurityPresentations and CommunicationConduct initial assessments to identify learner needs and tailor support appropriatelyGuide and mentor learners throughout their programme, supporting progression and achievementMaintain accurate records, monitor learner progress, and ensure compliance with quality standardsWork collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery✅ What We’re Looking For:Teaching Qualification: PGCE, CertEd, or Level 4+ (Level 3 accepted if working towards Level 4)Experience: Proven background in delivering remote IT and digital skills trainingIndustry Knowledge: Practical IT or digital sector experience with relevant certificationsSkills: Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a commitment to safeguarding and high-quality educationEssential: Experience delivering apprenticeships or adult education training programmes in a group settingDesirable: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (occasional travel may be required)Interested?Contact Simon Atkins at Newcastle Pertemps on 07894 752230 to find out more or apply today.
