ResponsibilitiesManage up to 2 live new build care home projects, each around £10M in value, on a JCT basis. Ensure Contracts Managers do not run more than 2 jobs at a time in line with company policy. Requirements / QualificationsConsistent experience in design & build (D&B) projects, ideally including care homes, or strong track record on new build JCT projects (including retirement & housing) with good job retention. Strong client-facing skills. Experience with D&B or JCT contract administration and governance.
