Key Responsibilities Operate a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently Load, unload, and move materials across the site Support recycling operations by transporting goods and waste Assist with general yard or warehouse duties when required Always follow health and safety procedures Requirements Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (AM and Night) Punctual, reliable, and safety-focused Good communication and teamwork skills Benefits 15.17-16.00 per hour Immediate starts available Stable, ongoing work at a well-established recycling site On-site parking and facilities TPBN1_UKTJ
