What Youll Do As Senior Planner, youll take the lead on unlocking complex sites and driving planning excellence. Your responsibilities will include: Leading preparation, submission, and management of planning applications. Advising on projects spanning renewables, waste, residential masterplans, and data centres. Coordinating multi-disciplinary consultant teams to deliver successful outcomes. Supporting land acquisition and development strategies with robust planning assessments. Engaging proactively with local authorities, regulators, and communities. Staying ahead of policy, legislation, and trends that influence planning and development. What Youll Bring Youre more than technically strong youre strategic, collaborative, and solutions-focused. Ideally, youll have: A degree in Town Planning or related discipline (RTPI chartered or working towards). Proven experience delivering large-scale or complex planning schemes. Excellent knowledge of UK planning law and policy. Strong communication and report-writing skills. The ability to manage multiple projects without compromising quality.
