Mechanical Project Manager Hampshire 70,000 to 80,000 + Hybrid Company Car or Allowance + Benefits Were recruiting on behalf of a respected and steadily growing M&E Building Services contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality healthcare and commercial projects. Known for their team-oriented workplace and repeat clients, theyre now seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to take ownership of projects across the South Coast and into London. Projects range from 20k2m, covering both pre-designed and design & build, with a varied week split between sites, the office, and occasional working from home. Responsibilities: Lead mechanical projects end-to-end (pre-construction to handover) Deliver a mix of pre-designed and D&B projects to programme and budget Conduct site surveys, manage variations, and take a hands-on approach when needed Ensure compliance with company and H&S policies at all times Mentor and support junior/assistant team members Maintain client relationships and uphold quality standards Relevant backgrounds include Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager, M&E Project Manager, or Senior Mechanical Project Manager.
