We are looking for an experienced Scheme Manager to join a Housing Association on a temporary basis in Dudley. You will be supporting the over 55's schemes and providing excellent housing management services. Job Title: Scheme Manager Location: Birmingham Working Hours: Full time Mon - Fri Hourly Rate: 17 - 19hr Contract: 3 months As a Scheme Manager for this organisation, you will be: Ensuring excellent housing management services Providing great customer service Assisting with welfare benefits checks, rent and payment queries etc Responsible for void sign ups within the scheme, ensuring all vacant properties are allocated within set time frames. Helping to maximise tenants independence Completing regular compliance checks including health and safety, building safety in line with regulatory requirements Maintaining positive relationships with our customers To be successful, the ideal Scheme Manager will have: Previous experience in a similar role Experience carrying out safety checks, risk assessments Good customer service skills The ability to engage with internal and external stake holders We would like to speak to anyone with Estate Officer, Estate management, Retirement Living experience.
