This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Finance Manager who wants to play a key role in shaping a dynamic SME. Reporting directly into the business owner, youll have exposure to both day-to-day finance and strategic decision-making, working closely with the leadership team. What youll do Lead financial control, reporting, and cashflow forecasting. Financial planning Preparing annual budgets Assist owners with making strategic decisions on the growth of the company Provide financial insight to support growth and expansion (including international). Strengthen systems and processes (Xero + supporting platforms). Support cross-functional projects supply chain, HR, sustainability, and IT. Act as a trusted advisor, embedding finance across the business. General bookkeeping including credit control, raising invoices and payroll Management reporting VAT returns Implementing and maintaining robust financial processes and internal controls About you Qualified or part qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA preferred), ifpart qualified they're looking for someone with plans to complete qualifications to fully qualified (which the company will support) Ideally 3 years experience in a similar role Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or product-based businesses ideal but not essential Strong cashflow and forecasting skills.
