Job Title: Automotive Paint Sprayer / Car Painter / Bodyshop Technician Location: Enfield, London (EN1) Salary: 35,000 45,000 per annum (DOE) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 4045 hours per week Shifts: Monday Friday: 3:00pm 11:30pm (30 mins break) 2 Saturdays per month: 9:00am 2:00pm About Us We are one of the UKs fastest-growing used car dealerships , operating a modern Vehicle Preparation Centre in Enfield . We are seeking an experienced Automotive Paint Sprayer / Car Painter to join our expanding bodyshop team. Key Responsibilities Preparing vehicles for paint: sanding, masking, priming, and blocking panels Mixing and matching paint colours accurately for consistent finishes Applying primers, basecoats, and clearcoats using professional spray equipment Carrying out car spray painting, refinishing, blending, and feathering techniques Repairing minor dents, scratches, and imperfections before painting Ensuring even coverage with minimal overspray or wastage Inspecting finished paintwork for quality, shine, and durability Maintaining a clean and safe spray booth and bodyshop environment Working collaboratively with prep and panel technicians to meet deadlines Requirements Minimum 2 years experience as a Car Sprayer / Automotive Painter / Bodyshop Paint Technician Strong knowledge of vehicle paint systems (water-based and solvent-based) Proficient in paint matching, colour mixing, and spray gun techniques Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce showroom-quality finishes Understanding of paint codes and manufacturer refinishing standards Good communication and teamwork skills Vocational training or certification in automotive refinishing (advantageous) Full UK driving licence preferred Salary & Benefits 35,000 45,000 per annum (depending on experience) Overtime opportunities available Performance-related bonuses Training and progression opportunities Employee discounts and company events Supportive and inclusive working environment Apply Now If youre a skilled Automotive Paint Sprayer / Car Painter / Bodyshop Technician who takes pride in your craftsmanship and wants to be part of a high-performing team, apply today and join our Enfield workshop.
