Corporate/Commercial, Employment, Litigation or Clinical Negligence Coventry (CV3) based34 days in the office, 12 days from home Permanent Monday to Friday 36hrs 9.00 17.15, 1hr lunch(1.25hrs on Wednesday) 30,000 50,000 pa (depending on experience) Our client, a long-established and client-focused law firm based in Coventry, is seeking experienced Legal Fee Earners to join its specialist teams across the following sectors: Corporate/Commercial , Employment , Litigation , and Clinical Negligence . This is an excellent opportunity to manage your own caseload within a supportive, modern environment offering hybrid working, long-term development, and real progression. The key responsibilities of a Legal Fee Earner: Manage a caseload within one of the firms specialist sectors with minimal supervision Draft, review and negotiate legal documentation relevant to your discipline Act as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering professional, timely legal advice Maintain accurate records, manage deadlines, and comply with SRA regulations Contribute to business development and departmental growth where appropriate Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with firm procedures and compliance requirements The minimum requirements for the Legal Fee Earner roles: Minimum 2 years experience running a caseload independently in one of the listed practice areas In-depth knowledge of legal frameworks relevant to your specialism Excellent client care and written/verbal communication skills Experience as a Legal Executive, Solicitor, Licensed Practitioner, or experienced Paralegal will all be considered The ideal candidate for the Legal Fee Earner role: Strong technical skills within your specialist area Capable of managing varied and complex matters from instruction to conclusion Driven to provide excellent service and build lasting client relationships Comfortable working in a busy, regulated environment with high standards Legal Fee Earner benefits: Competitive salary of 30,000 50,000 (depending on experience) Hybrid working: 12 days from home per week 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown Enhanced pension scheme Death in service Private healthcare Bonus scheme Sick pay A forward-thinking firm that values work-life balance and personal development The Caraires Consultancy operates with integrity by treating our clients, applicants and suppliers in a fair and honest manner as we want to be treated.
