Our business blends creativity, hospitality, and a personal touch — and we’re proud to offer a warm, collaborative environment for both our clients and our team.Job DescriptionThe owners of Red Kite Studio are seeking a Personal Assistant to run the company office, manage studio and holiday-let bookings, and take care of bookkeeping and general administration. The successful applicant will need to be comfortable in a quiet, peaceful rural setting, taking care to keep the cogs turning whilst interacting with guests and clients. Occasional weekend hours may be required for holiday-let changeovers with weekdays taken off in lieu.This will be an evolving role and will include the following responsibilities:Taking care of general office administrationManage studio bookings and co-ordinate the arrival and needs of studio clientsManage holiday-let bookings, co-ordinate the arrival of guests and prepare changeovers to a high standard of presentationBookkeeping and issuing invoicesDriving and errands for partially sighted ownerEssential attributes:Highly organised with excellent attention to detailStrong interpersonal skillsGood computer skills with experience of electronic diary managementExperience with Quickbooks or similar bookkeeping platformFlexible and adaptableCommitted team playerCheerful, positive, confident and caring personalityNatural ability to be at ease around studio clients and guestsSafe, competent driverUseful attributes:Social media skillsHomemaker personalityAn enjoyment of cooking!Please include a COVERING LETTER with your submission explaining why you consider yourself to be a suitable candidate for this position.
