Senior Test Development Engineer Edinburgh (Hybrid working – 4 days on-site) Up to £60,000 + Benefits Package Must be eligible for UK SC Security ClearanceAn opportunity has arisen with a global company on the outskirts of Edinburgh for a Senior Test Development Engineer who is interested in working with the latest technologies in a dynamic environment.This role would suit an Engineer with experience in LabView / TestStand, Test Equipment and an Electronics background.The Role In this role, the Senior Test Development Engineer will design functional test equipment, develop test hardware and software, contribute to design reviews and act in a lead capacity for small to medium scale test engineering programs.You will also collaborate with other team members in Software and Hardware and provide leadership and guidance for juniors in the team.Essential Criteria Background in Electronic EngineeringExperience with LabVIEW / TestStandStrong knowledge of analog and digital circuit designExperience in test software designProven hardware troubleshooting skillsPrior industry experience in test developmentClearance Eligibility for UK SC Clearance is required.
