Production Operative - Long Benton Shift Pattern: Days, Backs, Nights & Occasional Weekends (Flexibility Required) Location: Long Benton Pay Rates: Day Shift: 12.41 per hour Back Shift: 13.96 per hour Night Shift: 15.51 per hour We're currently recruiting Production Operatives for a leading manufacturing company based in Long Benton . This is ongoing, year-round work with excellent shift availability - particularly as we head into the peak period , so now is the perfect time to get started. Key Responsibilities: Operating machinery and equipment on the production line Sorting products and materials Tray washing duties Carrying out quality checks Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Meeting production targets and deadlines Following health & safety procedures at all times What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided Flexibility to work rotating shifts , including days, backs, nights , and occasional weekends Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic Ability to work well as part of a team Shifts: Days Backs Nights (Rotating weekly - flexibility is essential) Why Apply?
