Job Title

We are a leading international supplier within the industrial maintenance and distribution sector, operating across multiple countries with a large workforce. The purpose of this role is to support the Insite Stores Manager with day-to-day operations across three core functions: purchasing (stock / non-stock items) for maintenance and production, material control, and warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Main Tasks and Deliverables: Support the Insite Stores Manager in sourcing (stock and non-stock) items in line with customer requirements and demands. Ensure consistent delivery of agreed levels of customer service. Contribute to cost reduction savings against previous suppliers and OEMs. Support maintenance engineers with technical enquiries and problem-solving. Assist in delivering added-value services and achieving agreed cost-saving targets. Arrange site visits with supply partners to identify and support value-added activities. Take a proactive approach in identifying sales opportunities across site departments. Manage the maintenance warehouse, including goods-in, replenishment, stock checks, and general housekeeping. Skills and Experience Strong ability to build and maintain customer and employee relationships. Highly motivated, self-driven, and proactive.
