?? SHEQ Manager - Manufacturing | Telford | Mon-Fri 8:30-5 ?? Are you a proven SHEQ leader with a passion for driving continuous improvement and building a culture of safety and quality excellence? Our client, a leading manufacturer, is looking for a SHEQ Manager to join their site in Telford . Reporting directly to the Operations Director , this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact across Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Continuous Improvement. The Role You'll be responsible for: Leading SHEQ culture across the site with visible, hands-on leadership. Driving improvements in product quality, service levels and customer care . Ensuring full compliance with ISO 45001, 14001, 50001 and UK SHEQ regulations. Leading Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, using structured problem-solving tools (PDCA, FMEA, Pareto, 8D, APQP). Managing SHEQ systems, audits, risk assessments, incident reporting, and corrective actions. Championing lean manufacturing and embedding best practice across all teams. About You To succeed in this role, you'll bring: 5+ years' SHEQ management experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of SHEQ systems, CI tools and lean/six sigma methodology. Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to influence at all levels. Proven track record in delivering tangible SHEQ improvements. Confident IT skills, particularly MS Office. Desirable: NEBOSH certificate in managing health & safety. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt .
