Streamline Recruitment are working with a Global Logistics company to recruit an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator . This is a hands-on role for a confident operator who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack, and organise goods within the warehouse. Accurately handle cross-stocking operations to ensure stock is stored in the correct location and easily accessible. Load and unload vehicles, ensuring all goods are handled with care and stock integrity is maintained. Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment, including checking equipment before and after use. Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets and deadlines. Follow all health and safety procedures, reporting any issues or hazards promptly to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience operating forklifts, preferably counterbalance. Essential experience with cross-stocking and warehouse stock management. Confident working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities. Good geographical knowledge of the local area. Reliable, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
