The successful candidate will have prior experience within the waste industry , with proven ability to operate mobile plant machinery and a Mechanical Treatment Plant (MTP) . Key Responsibilities Safely operate mobile plant and MTP equipment. Support daily site operations to ensure smooth and efficient processing. Carry out routine checks and report any faults or issues. Work within health & safety guidelines at all times. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational targets. Requirements Previous experience in the waste management sector. Skilled in operating mobile plant machinery. Experience with Mechanical Treatment Plant operations. Flexible and able to work rotating shifts. Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
