How you'll make an impact As the Part-Time FP&A Manager , you'll work closely with the leadership team to deliver hands-on financial planning, analysis, and insight that supports strategic decision-making and investor reporting. Your core responsibilities will include: Revenue recognition - owning the process from end to end, ensuring SaaS contracts are structured and accounted for correctly (IFRS 15). Commission modelling - designing and managing sales commission schemes, verifying monthly payouts, liaising with sales leadership. Dashboarding and metrics - building and maintaining KPI dashboards (MRR, ARR, CAC, NRR, LTV, churn, margin), ensuring data accuracy and insight. Forecasting and scenario modelling - leading rolling forecasts, updating with actuals, and working across departments to maintain alignment. Board pack preparation - delivering monthly reporting and analysis for CFO, investors, and board members. Business partnering - working closely with Sales, Operations and Marketing to support performance, budgeting and planning. Month-end processes - variance analysis, reconciliations, and support with P&L oversight. Commercial analysis - cohort and pricing analysis, customer profitability, ROI, and investment decision modelling. Process improvement - automating and streamlining financial systems and reporting tools to enhance data integrity and visibility. Why our client is excited about you You'll be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with 5-10 years' PQE and a strong background in FP&A or commercial finance within a SaaS, tech, or recurring revenue environment. You understand the metrics that drive growth and value in a scaling business.
