About the role We are recruiting for a Senior Treasury Manager ICAAP to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role will lead the end-to-end delivery of the Groups inaugural Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), alongside the two individual entity documents. Working with the Treasury Senior Manager Stress Testing & Forecasting, the role-holder will ensure full compliance with regulatory expectations and alignment with strategic capital planning. The role will provide key expertise in shaping the Groups capital risk framework and embedding the ICAAPs into governance and decision-making and set the Group up for future success with a well-documented and robustly governed suite of ICAAPs. The person in post will oversee the Pillar 2A and Pillar 2B capital assessments, including stress testing and scenario analysis, and will identify emerging financial risks and assess their potential impact on capital adequacy. They will recommend mitigation strategies and capital buffers to senior management and committees, building consensus and driving delivery with colleagues across Treasury, Finance and Risk, before taking the ICAAPs through governance. Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex regulatory submissions. Excellent people management skills, both internally and externally The ability to communicate complex ideas, clearly and concisely across all stakeholders including the Executive.
