Test Rig Technician Location : Wolverhampton Salary : 32,000 - 35,000 Hours : Monday to Friday, Full-Time Benefits: Career progression + Training + Overtime + Pension + Healthcare + much more Syntech are looking for a number of Test Rig Technicians to join a large TIC services business (Test, Inspection & Calibration). This is a business with global reach and offers career progression & training. Test Rig Technician duties: Calibrate electrical, temperature, load, force, flow, and pressure measuring instrumentation to traceable and accredited standards Ensure work is carried out on time by following job sheet instructions and schedules Support and participate in audits, both internal and customer-driven Develop and audit calibration procedures and uncertainty budgets Carry out additional technical tasks in line with your capability, with training provided where required Test Rig Technician knowledge: Electrical diagnostic background A formal qualification in engineering or extensive hands-on calibration experience Understanding of calibration principles and metrology best practices Knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems Experience in jig/tool recertification is desirable Excellent reporting and communication skills Ability to work professionally in a customer-focused environment To apply, simply click the apply button.
