The On-Trade sales team has expanded and are now seeking a talented National Account Manager for their Off-trade Grocery team.RoleLead a portfolio of Grocery Retail customers and some secondary Convenience customers.Directly manage a Key Account Manager operating within your channel.Maximise distribution and visibility of the product portfolio within your designated accounts.Develop and manage customer relationships, commercial terms, and joint business plans (JBP).Full P&L & JBP ownership.Proven NAM experience in grocery retail (2+ years of grocery customer P&L & JBP ownership).Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within an ambitious team.Driven and motivated to develop a career within the drinks industry.Requirements / Qualifications2+ years of experience as National Account Manager in grocery retail with P&L and JBP ownership.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Salary & BenefitsCompetitive salary up to £55k DOE15% Bonus, £6,000 Car Allowance, Pension & HealthcareField-based role with regular travel between customers and weekly visits to London officeHow to apply If you would like to apply for this role, please send your CV using the form on this page, quoting reference17/17430/7 .
