Your new company Hays is working with a global real estate business that develops, operates, and manages commercial, residential, retail, logistics, and hospitality properties across major cities worldwide with a portfolio of over 1000 properties. Just in London alone, the portfolio of properties ranges from 300,000 sq ft - 1 million sq ft.Your new role As the health and safety manager, you will be leading the way across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties. The successful candidate will be driven and a go-getter that wants to hunt down problems before the problems occur.
